I have been bringing my car to this Tire Choice #1265 for a few years now and since David has been the manager service has improved, time waiting has gone down noticeably, customer service seems to be very important to the entire team at this location. Cleanliness also seems to be a high priority, I actually could use the restroom without leaving and walking over to the near by Starbucks. Thank you David and the team. Best regards, Mark

After researching for the best tires for my Lexus RX 350 crossover, I decided on the Continental CrossContact LX25. Then I realized TireRack.com recommended the Tire Choice store on Clark Road. Since I needed tires right away, I drove over and I was greeted by David Andrews -- the new store manager. Great personality, very professional knowledge, and he said he could get the tires the very next day! Then two of his technicians came out of the garage to greet me with smiles as well. When I returned for the installation, I met Dave's wife. She proudly told me Dave was not just the manager but he was also a Master Mechanic. The price matched Tire Rack, $20 less than other major stores in town, and I received a free 4-wheel alignment. Great tires, great service, and a fantastic staff experience. Highly recommended!

I stopped at Tire Choice because my 'tire pressure low' message came up on my dashboard. As a single older woman I pulled into the first tire place I saw! They were extremely polite as they checked my tires and found a large screw in a front tire. They were able to fix it and 40 minutes later I was on my way having waited in a comfortable waiting area. I appreciate the courteous, friendly, and timely service and it was only $32.21!

I’ve been to this Tire Choice location multiple times, and I can honestly say I’ve always had a great experience, but today really stood out. I came in with a nail in my tire, and even though they were completely booked, they still managed to work me in right away when one of the technicians finished early instead of taking a break. That alone speaks volumes about their work ethic and customer care. Scott at the front was absolutely wonderful to work with….friendly, professional, and very attentive. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from the moment I walked in. he didn’t waste my time and even went out to my car to see if the nail in my tire could be fixed . Tyler repaired my vehicle quickly and efficiently, and I was impressed by how seamless everything was . Every visit I’ve had here has been marked by kindness, honesty, and respect for my time, which is why I keep coming back. It’s hard to find a place you can genuinely trust with your vehicle, and this team consistently delivers excellent service. I’m extremely grateful for the care they provide and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, honest automotive service. Thank you Scott & Tyl
